Circuit Schematic Ultrasonic Fuel Level Indicator Based on Ardunio Nano

Eltronicschool. - The various fuel level in the vehicle can be detected and indicated easily using electronic devices like the circuit fuel level indicator. Using popular modules like Arduino, Ultrasonic sensor, and some of resistor and LEDs, we can build the system or device which can detect and indicate the fuel level in the vehicle.

In here we will show you one project how to build fuel level indicator based on Arduino Uno that can detect the various fuel level using ultrasonic sensor and transmitted to the atmosphere and recieved to indicate using LED light. Transmitter and reciever modul that will be used in this project is nRF24L01 wireless Tx/Rx module.

Component Part

     A. Trasmitter

Description

Circuit schematic like in Figure 1 and Figure 2 above is transmitter and reciever of ultrasonic fuel level indicator based on Arduino. There are two parts of this circuit, these are transmitter and reciever with the same component in tow part is nRF24Lo1 wireless Tx/Rx module.

How it works

Accordingly Homemade Circuit site describe there are a pair of ultrasonic sensors in the module. One senor sends the ultrasonic frequency or the wave towards the fuel surface. The waves collide with the fuel surface and reflect back towards the module. The reflected ultrasonic waves are captured by the second sensor unit, and sent to the Arduino.

The Arduino compares the reflected ultrasonic time with the reference time of the tank "full height" and creates an estimation of the instantaneous height or the level of the fuel.

The information is then encoded and forwarded it to the nRF24L01 wireless module. The nRF24L01 module finally converts the code into RF signal and transmits it into the atmosphere for the receiver unit to capture the signal.
